Definitions

“We”, “our” and “us” – Pivot Golf Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16570986, with our registered office at 999 Doddington Road, Lincoln, LN6 3SE

“You” and “Customer” – The individual who has purchased goods from us

“Goods” – Golf products purchased from our website

“Contract” – The legally binding agreement between you and us for the sale of goods

1. Your right to cancel (Distance Selling)

1.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

1.2 The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.

1.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email to info@pivotgolf.co.uk within the cancellation period.

2. Returns Conditions

2.1 Goods must be returned to us unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.

2.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2.3 We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

2.4 We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in their original condition.

3. Refunds

3.1 Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3.3 Original delivery charges will be refunded (excluding any premium delivery options chosen at checkout).

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

4.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

4.2 If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon receipt, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

4.3 Where a fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund, including reasonable return postage costs.

5. Exclusions

5.1 We do not accept returns for:

customised or personalised products;

gift cards or vouchers;

products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

6. Exchanges

6.1 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
